Coverage built for production.
General liability
The coverage locations, venues and cities ask for before you shoot. We add additional insureds when a location agreement or permit calls for it.
Equipment
Cameras, lenses, lighting and grip gear, whether you own it or rent it for the job.
Hired and non-owned auto
Rental cars, cargo vans and production vehicles, including damage to vehicles you rent.
Third-party property damage
Damage to locations and property in your care while you're shooting.
Props, sets and wardrobe
The physical pieces of your production, on set, in transit and in storage.
Workers' compensation
Coverage for your crew. Texas lets most private employers choose whether to carry it, but many productions and clients require it.
Production E&O and umbrella
Errors and omissions coverage that distributors and networks often require, plus higher liability limits when a contract asks for them.
One agent who knows your business.

Certificates when you need them
Locations and rental houses want proof of insurance before call time. Request one on our certificate request page and we send it straight to them.

Specialty markets
Production insurance is specialized. We work with the companies that write it, so you get coverage built for how you actually work.

One agent for the whole year
Annual coverage for companies that shoot often, or coverage for a single production, all with one agent who knows your work.
Good questions.
Do I need a new policy for every shoot?
Not usually. Companies that produce regularly often carry an annual policy that covers each production. If you only shoot occasionally, coverage for a single production may fit better. We'll help you choose.
A rental house needs a certificate. How fast can I get one?
Send us the rental house's name, address and any requirements, like being named loss payee for rented equipment. We get them out quickly. Wording that needs the insurance company's approval can take a little longer, and we'll keep you posted.
Do you insure productions outside DFW?
Yes. We write production companies across Texas, including Austin.
Planning your next production?
Tell us about your work and your next shoot, and we'll build the coverage around it.
