  2. 2

    Written the right way

Policies in your LLC's or trust's name, with your lender and property manager listed where they belong.

  3. 3

    Many markets

Older homes, past claims or properties other companies won't write: we shop until we find a fit.

Questions investors ask

Good questions.

Does my homeowners policy cover a home I rent out?

Usually not. Most homeowners policies are written for a home you live in. Once you rent it out, you typically need a landlord policy.

Can the policy be in my LLC's name?

Yes. We write policies in the name of your LLC or trust and add your lender and property manager as needed.

What happens while a property is vacant?

Many policies limit coverage once a home sits empty for a set number of days, often 60. Tell us when a property will be vacant or under renovation, and we'll put the right coverage in place.
